SFX and VFX Library for my mods, install and enable along with my newer animations
(doesn't do anything by itself)

Also adds extra bind points to Illusio Vitae Custom Skeleton (e.g. for finish VFX)
Bind points added:
169: iv_ochinko_f
170: iv_kuritto
For all playable races except Lalas

Requires [IVCS] Illusio Vitae Custom Skeleton Base installed or you might crash
